About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to take ownership of meaningful commercial relationships and revenue streams. This is a hands‑on business role with real responsibility and money on the table. You will manage and grow partnerships in high‑intent, performance‑driven environments, working with large partners and owning revenue, commercial terms, and long‑term growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a seven‑digit annual revenue portfolio across multiple partners.
- Research, develop, and execute new business opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, including commercial, legal, financial, and operational aspects.
- Lead commercial negotiations using data, performance insights, and business KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and drive expansion initiatives.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams to deliver results.

Requirements
- Native-level English - required (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field - required.
- High Analytical skills - required.
- Strong negotiation skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Experience with Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management – a big advantage.
