    About The Role

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience to take ownership of meaningful commercial relationships and revenue streams. This is a hands on business role with real responsibility and money on the table. This is a role for a closer - someone who understands the mechanics of affiliate marketing and can navigate the complexities of the iGaming ecosystem to maximize revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and grow a seven‑digit annual revenue portfolio across multiple partners.
    • Lead negotiations on complex deal structures, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models, to ensure optimal ROI.
    • Deeply analyze partner performance and EPC (Earnings Per Click) to optimize rankings and placement strategies.
    • Research, develop, and execute new business opportunities and long term partnerships.
    • Manage day to day partner relationships, including commercial, legal, financial, and operational aspects.
    • Lead commercial negotiations using data, performance insights, and business KPIs.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
    • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams to deliver results.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience of at least 2 years in Business Development or Account Management within the iGaming/ Affiliate industry.
    • You understand the math behind the business - NGR, FTDs, and conversion funnels are your second language.
    • You are a master of negotiation with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
    • You thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and possess a "get things done" attitude.
    • Proactive, independent, and motivated to drive impact in a fast paced environment.
    • Native-Level English: Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.
