About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience to take ownership of meaningful commercial relationships and revenue streams. This is a hands on business role with real responsibility and money on the table. This is a role for a closer - someone who understands the mechanics of affiliate marketing and can navigate the complexities of the iGaming ecosystem to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a seven‑digit annual revenue portfolio across multiple partners.
- Lead negotiations on complex deal structures, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models, to ensure optimal ROI.
- Deeply analyze partner performance and EPC (Earnings Per Click) to optimize rankings and placement strategies.
- Research, develop, and execute new business opportunities and long term partnerships.
- Manage day to day partner relationships, including commercial, legal, financial, and operational aspects.
- Lead commercial negotiations using data, performance insights, and business KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams to deliver results.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Business Development or Account Management within the iGaming/ Affiliate industry.
- You understand the math behind the business - NGR, FTDs, and conversion funnels are your second language.
- You are a master of negotiation with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
- You thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and possess a "get things done" attitude.
- Proactive, independent, and motivated to drive impact in a fast paced environment.
- Native-Level English: Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.
