The Role
We are currently seeking a versatile Frontend Developer to join our exceptional R&D team! We are looking for someone who lives and breathes the frontend but has the structural mindset to build solid backend foundations. You aren’t just a coder; you are a technical translator who can take a high-level business need and turn it into a high-performing feature. This is a fast-paced environment where we pivot quickly, experiment often, and value “done” over “perfect,” while maintaining high standards for code quality.
Responsibilities:
- Feature Ownership: Technical lead of web application development, creating responsive and high-performance interfaces using React and Next.js.
- System Architecture: Implement and scale APIs in existing and new projects, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Business Translation: Understanding the range of user, product, business, and marketing requirements and converting them into practical system-level requirements.
- Marketing & CMS Support: Manage and optimize WordPress environments and handle technical integrations for Facebook Ads (Pixels, CAPI, and tracking).
- Infrastructure & Feedback: Assist in deploying cloud services within AWS and drive ongoing product improvements by identifying performance and capability enhancement opportunities.
- Beyond the Code: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the user journey or dev workflow and propose technical solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a developer, focusing on React, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Experience with NestJS (modularity, providers, and decorators) – Big Plus.
- Deep understanding of Modern Web: Hooks, State Management, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Experience working with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2) – an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or the Facebook Ads technical ecosystem – an advantage.
- Understanding and loving a fast-paced work environment.
- Enthusiastic, humble, and user-centric with great communication skills.
