We are looking for a Product Manager to lead core product initiatives and help shape the future of SpoTower’s consumer experiences. This role blends analytical thinking, creativity, and strong ownership -and is perfect for someone eager to make a direct business impact.
Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key comparison experiences across our verticals.
- Lead end-to-end execution of product initiatives while collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, QA, BI, Marketing, and BizDev.
- Drive performance optimization of consumer journeys and acquisition funnels through: continuous data analysis, competitive research, A/B testing and user behavior insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities that deliver value to users and partners.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and specifications.
- Ensure smooth feature implementation and rollout, including documentation, communication, and adoption.
- Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide iterative improvements.
- Perform basic HTML-based validation and QA when needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2C – mandatory
(More general experience in adjacent roles does not replace this requirement.) - Strong understanding of product discovery, user behavior analysis, market segmentation, and roadmap planning.
- Experience working closely with R&D and Design teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to write clear product specs and user stories.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with Web/Data analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, etc.).
- High execution level, ownership mindset, and strong prioritization abilities.
- Excellent English -both written and verbal.
- A strong sense of design and attention to visual detail, with the ability to evaluate user experience quality.
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for validations, QA, and implementation checks.
- Experience with acquisition funnels (SEO, SEM, native, social) – advantage
